Eider Duck Cottage - Sleeps 2 to 5

Eider Duck Cottage is a traditionally built 18th century fisherman's cottage centrally situated on Marygate, close to all Holy Island amenities. The cottage has been completely renovated and modernised, while the original old world charm has been maintained. The fittings and fixtures are of exceptionally high standard providing modern amenities in a cosy and comfortable cottage.

Ground Floor:
Stoneflagged floor runs through the hallway into the kitchen/dining room. Sitting room with beamed ceiling, "living flame" gas fire, and wooden flooring.
Double doors lead to kitchen/dining room with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge.
French windows to stone flagged patio and large garden.

Upstairs with old wood floors throughout:
Master bedroom with kingsize bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with over-bath shower.
Second bedroom with twin beds and ensuite shower room with large shower cubicle.

Large enclosed private garden at the rear with lawn and 2 patio areas with garden furniture. Unrestricted parking close by.
